David Lereah Watch
David Lereah is the former Chief Economist and Senior VP of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Between 2001 and 2007, Mr. Lereah regularly made statements regarding the housing bubble. The media regulary turned to him for real estate quotes. He was very influential. Mr. Lereah tells half truths and manipulates facts and figures. He cannot be trusted as he was a paid shill.

Pending Home Sales report due today (4/3). http://infohype.blogspot.com/
Juliusloser...You spend more time hanging out here spreading disinfo than a pervert in a bus station bathroom.
For your info having pending sales figures declining down over 8 percent from a year ago is not good news. Oh...and the subprime fallout has still to impact. Get a brain.
The National Association of Realtors' index for pending sales of existing homes increased.
Spin, spin, the NAR is just a bunch of crooks, their data would better be used as the finest out house toilet paper money could buy.
Spin, spin, spin, bull crap.
Shameful organization....where's baghdad Bob?
He's unemployed.
I know this is probably old news to most of you, but I just found out that David Lereah wrote a book on how to get rich on internet stocks in 2000. The only problem is that the market crashed right shortly after he wrote it! Hilarious! I can't believe the financial press actually gives this guy the last word on the future of the housing market.
FYI, the title of the book is: The Rules for Growing Rich : Making Money in the New Information Economy. Look it up on Amazon.
God help the suckers who believed this guy then, and those who believe him now!
actually you all suck because david lereah did not resign because he lost credibility. he is smarter than any of you.
