David Lereah Watch
David Lereah is the former Chief Economist and Senior VP of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Between 2001 and 2007, Mr. Lereah regularly made statements regarding the housing bubble. The media regulary turned to him for real estate quotes. He was very influential. Mr. Lereah tells half truths and manipulates facts and figures. He cannot be trusted as he was a paid shill.

Hey David,
You posted my handiwork! Glad I could contribute something back. I've enjoyed your bubble sites although I don't post frequently. It was just a quick project to take a little jab at his book, which isn't faring well with reviews. I really don't hate the guy. He's doing what he's paid to do... a requirement of a lot of slimy jobs. I'd rate his job about the same sleaze level as the guy who cleans up porn sets. It's a shame that the media uses NAR as an unbiased source of information. Anyway, thanks for the blog!
By the way, a few people wondered why the wife didn't make it out with the kid... well, I recalled that Century 21 commercial and that about wrapped her up.
