Lereah: 'No Bubble Burst in 2006'

David Lereah claims that "There was no bubble burst in 2006," Lereah said. "We know the speculative buyers left in 2006," he said.

Prices have adjusted in most metro areas, Lereah said. "It's becoming a buyers' market.

The Specuvestor's have not left the market. Truth be told they are trapped in the Market and pray for the next GF, unfortunately the only place they will find one is in the mirror.

Forceclosures beget inventory , inventory begets foreclosures, and so on , and so on , and so on .....
